Location
The Be Smart Orotava Palace in Puerto de la Cruz is the ideal hotel at which to enjoy a wonderful stay on the Island. It is located opposite the Martianez Shopping Centre, less than five minutes walk from the beach and the Lago Martianez Lido. All the facilities have been recently renovated with top-quality materials and designer furniture.

Access is good in and around the hotel. There are 4 adapted rooms with a wheel-in shower and grab rails.
Accommodation
The twelve-store building comprises 236 rooms, of which 213 are doubles, with nine suites and four adapted rooms. All rooms have balcony with views, fully-appointed bathrooms, interactive TV, mini-bar, air conditioning, safe, hair dryer and telephone with direct dialling. The suites are located on the top floor with private terrace and whirlpool, salon, bedroom, bathroom with hydro massage. Connecting rooms are available as well as king size beds. Baby cots are available on request and will count as one person in the room and not in addition to the maximum occupancy.

Facilties include 24 hour reception, luggage store, and an exchange bureau. Furthermore, it provides our guests 24-hour medical service and public parking. In addition to this, the hotel also has a gymnasium (free), sauna, Turkish bath and massage(extra charge). The hotel provides evening entertainment.
