The Playa Real Resort is located in a prime position on the Adeje Coast close to the cosmopolitan Playa De Las Americas with an All Inclusive Program perfect for families who want a stress free holiday! Just 800 m from popular Fanabe Beach, this luxurious 4 Star hotel is surrounded by lush gardens and offers a relaxed atmosphere along with an excellently designed interior and beautifully furnished accommodation with ultra modern amenities.
The resort is 400 metres from the shopping centre El Duqua. Playa las Americas town centre is 2 km away.

Disabled facilities include adapted rooms and bathrooms with wheel-in showers. There is good access throughout the common areas of the hotel. The pool has 5 steps.
Accommodation
The Playa Real Resort features two separate buildings with the main building hosting 117 spacious Junior Suites with pool views that can accommodate up to 3 or 4 people and can be booked for single use. The second building has 61 fully equipped apartments, of which 51 with 1 bedroom and 10 are with 2 bedrooms. All the apartments have a welcoming hall with sofa and can sleep from 4 to 6 people. All accommodation can be booked with a Premium Drinks supplement. Junior Suites have twin beds, sofa bed in living room, bathroom (bath & shower, hair dryer, shared facilities WC), direct telephone line, Satellite TV, and safety deposit box (locally payable for use), air conditioning, and a balcony.

This complex features 3 swimming pools (including 1 heated pool) for adults and a swimming pool for children. Guests can sunbathe on one of the 2 terraces with their sun loungers and parasols or relax at the poolside snack bar. Aerobics sessions are available and sports enthusiasts can also enjoy a work out in the gym (charges apply). Spa options include a hot tub, a sauna, a steam room and massage or spa treatments (all for an additional fee). The complex also has a tennis court, table tennis, pool/snooker (charges apply), basketball, handball, volleyball and an entertainment programme with activities for adults or children.
