Please note, we cannot provide quotes without this minimum information as there is just too much choice and scope in terms of budget and facilities to assist disabled people while on holiday!
We can source and book flights from any UK airport. By completing our Online Booking Form or selecting the "Get A
Quote" button, we will source available flights from your local airport.

The flexibility option is important for us as sometimes better flight times/cost are available on different dates to your preferred dates.
Airport assistance can be pre booked and arranged when booking flights through ourselves.

Even if you are fairly mobile, there can be long distances within airports and therefore assistance
might still be required. We can arrange for someone to help you at the check in desk to assist you with
checking in your bags. Someone will escort you to the aircraft( either from check-in or from the gate,
whichever is your preference) and help you to board the aircraft using
an ambulift if the plane is not connected with an air bridge. They will then assist you to your seat
using transit chair if required.
We specialise in booking holidays for the disabled in wheelchair adapted rooms and accommodation with wheelchair access in properties in UK, Europe and the rest of the world. In contrast to other companies not specialising in holidays for disabled people, we will not book flights until we have received a confirmation of the accessible room booking. This can take a few days but it does guarantee the accessible room before booking the flights and incurring costs. Companies not specialising in holidays for disabled people cannot usually guarantee an accessible room.
Often accessibility can only be truly assessed according to an individualís personal needs and requirements. While we cannot guarantee an environment that provides "access for all", we aim to provide an environment that is relatively accessible. We aim to help make your holiday as barrier free as possible, particularly by excluding resorts and/or accommodation that are definitely NOT barrier free. The properties and resorts featured on our website are included because, in our judgement, they offer a good level of access for wheelchair users.
A major challenge for disabled people going on holiday is airport transfers. We will arrange transfer to and
from the airport in wheelchair adapted vehicles if required. Please note that Egypt and Cuba do not have
wheelchair adapted taxi transfers available. Whilst accessibility has been significantly improved in these
resorts in recent years, unfortunately it is still not possible to hire mobility equipment or to source
adapted taxi transfers. These resorts are only suitable for travellers with restricted mobility who can
transfer into the seat of the vehicle.
We deal with companies that offer mobility equipment hire such us shower/commode chairs, electric scooters, mobility
hoists, power assisted wheelchairs, manual wheelchairs, bath lifts, walkers, profiling beds, standing and rising
aids and more. Most resorts offer a good selection of mobility equipment, but there a few resorts where this is
more difficult. We would suggest you call us on 0800 622 6000
to discuss your
requirements with one of our experienced travel consultants. Once we know your requirements we can recommend a
resort that is suitable for your needs. Please note, it is not possible to hire mobility equipment in Egypt.
Whilst accessibility has been significantly improved here in recent years, unfortunately it is still not possible to hire mobility equipment or to source adapted taxi transfers.
